Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days if you've changed your mind or if items are faulty. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@canna-touch.com.
Returns are only accepted for unopened, resalable items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened items unless they are faulty.
For damaged or faulty items, these must be returned to us for inspection. Return labels will be provided for faulty products. However, we are unable to cover return costs for accidental orders or if you've changed your mind.
If the returned product is not in the original condition in which it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund after assessing the item for damages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
